Quinta dos Bravos is a very nice place to stay! It felt like coming home. The host helps you if you want, he helps you to fill up your day with nice activities and tells you were the most beautiful places are. The location is perfect, it's right in the middle of the island,so everything is nearby.The fresh cheese and tomato jam with breakfast were delicious. If we go back to Sao Miguel we definitly go back to Quinta dos Bravos!

Extremely friendly and helpful host. Beautiful house and garden. Nice other guests. You always could have a nice chat at breakfast with the other guests and the host at the big table, or choose one of the single tables in the winter garden balkony with the nice view to the sea. The host would give you a recommendation where to go, what to do, where to eat, depending on the weather, every day.
Perfect country house stay, wonderful view, great starting point for trips, amazing host. Recommended!
One of the best places we've ever stayed in and one of the biggest perks was the host who was always there with helpful custom tips on what to visit, how to get there. It was really great. I highly recommend it
Amazing is just modest, definition of simplicity, beauty and peace. Plus you've got a tour guide in the building who gives you options of what to do base on the weather while you have breakfast.
Great location, very nice staff and the tips they gave us were very good (resturants suggestions, places to visit, roads to take etc). Very good breakfast as well.
Awesome location in a rural environment! The room was big and confortable. Everything was very clean. they have a nice swimming pool ready to be used at any moment. The enormous garden with diferent kind of plants and flowers, invites you to stay and relax after a day visiting the island. Rui is very charm. He's always willing to helps you with everything. we ask him about what to do in the island and he gave us lots of options to do and places to visit. This was very helpful. Breakfast was very good and the homemade cake was delicious. It's been a perfect holidays!! Thank you Rui & Gualdino!
