Absolute worst! After spending a week trying to track down a package (a package I spent more for shipping for, than the 9 items were worth), Rangel requested a handful of additional information. After supplying they then requested I pay more in hiring someone to help retrieve the goods and import fees. Literally ordered 9 low-carb diet items WTF! Not to mention I spent 80 euros traveling to and back from their location and had to bring a translator, just to leave with information they could've provided by phone or email. Just terrible!

Very bad! I was expecting a shipment from a supplier. They made me wait for 11 hours. I kept calling but not only the customer service was terrible but also rude and useless. They kept saying they could not estimate when my order was to arrive but it will happen until 7pm. The order did not arrive. Now I am complaining to the supplier and wasting valuable time and money. Stay away!

Possibly the worst service you can get, either on the phone and as for delivery matters. Do not recommend at all.

I went to their Lisbon warehouse to pick up my package on my own money, after waiting for 12 days and calling every single day why my parcel did not arrive, when i could see it is in the warehouse and waiting for delivery. They kept telling my every day that it is going to be delivered next day, eventually i gave up and solved it myself.
