Horrible and rude service. Is not a FedEx store, the grupo Rangel are authorized by FedEx. I don't recommend that anybody use FedEx in Portugal, specially for on-time and electronics packages. If you use it, don't expect FedEx grade service. They couldn't recognize that the phone number was from the USA, so they couldn't reach me. (Google area codes maybe?) My package got stock, it took almost 3 weeks to finally get my package. After was paid express, don't expect to claim a refund neither. The group managing that is Rangel. Definitely not prepare to manage international clients.

Listen to the rest of the reviews below! They are true. It is such a nightmare dealing with this subcontractor that FedEx has chosen in Portugal. If you don't want to risk your package, try other more reliable service. Their customer service are not very helpful. There surely is something wrong with their system that they operate in such an unprofessional way. I hope the real FedEx can find a much better subcontractor in Portugal Please to all who are reading this- don't risk your package with this subcontractor. All our experiences below are enough to warn you about their terrible service

The company and the staffs are the worst people in the whole world. Typical Portuguese attitude towards work. I paid 76 dollars to deliver a parcel from California to Lisbon in 3 days. The parcel arrived in 24hrs from California to Lisbon but they could not deliver it. But what i think is ,they don't want to deliver it. It was such an important document to be presented by today at IMT.

I had a horrible experience with Federal Express Portugal. I have waited 17 days now for my package and I still don't have it. I came on vacation with my daughter, she forgot her contacts. My husband send them FedEx so we can have it the following week. The website said it was out for delivery on a Monday, we stayed home and the package didn't show up. I took me 2 days of phone calls and my husband also calling in USA to find out the package was in customs. By Friday I had to write a letter stating that value of the contacts and they released it for delivery. Received an email saying that it was out for delivery the following Monday. Stayed home again, the package didn't show up. I called Tuesday morning, they said the package came in the afternoon and it didn't make it on the truck, but it should make it on the truck Tuesday. I track it on Tuesday afternoon, they said the package is not our for delivery because they are not sure it made on the truck. My husband in USA finally had to start an investigation.

Attention: This is NOT official FedEx, it is a subcontractor in Portugal!!! It took FedEx 24 hours to transport a package from Baltics (North of Europe) to Lisbon (Portugal), but the FedEx Portugal subcontractor was not able to deliver the package within 3 days !!! to an office in Bairro Alto, the centre of the city Lisbon. Every day we called them and they said they would call back (what they did not do) and the package should be delivered (what did not happen). See screenshots attached. I will open an international complaint and also informed the sender to do so. Read the other comments and be aware!!!

These are the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I've been living in Portugal for 8 months and every month when I receive a package it stays in that Povoa de Santa Iria station. No matter how much you pay for 2-day delivery, it's guaranteed that in Portugal, it will get stuck here. Forget about emailing or talking to someone on the phone. They are all idiots and have no idea where your package is. This is such a scandal. Skip this and use either UPS or DHL that, at least, know what they're doing. FedEx Portugal is a big joke, a bunch of retarded people that will keep your goods or package hostage and, eventually, end up stealing them. Many time I sent packages from the U.S. and even Europe and they never were delivered nor sent back to the country of origin. Scandalous.

Unable to find it, and when we call they refuse to give their location for no apparent reason, lastly as a corporate fedex account holder I will never work with fedex bc of this experience

If shipping to Portugal do NOT use FedEx!!!!!! I got the runaround for a week about a package, spent more than the package was worth getting to their office to sort things, then was basically asked to spend more money. The international customer service is horrible and they requested everything but what customs actually wanted, the local office is near incompetent and their process is a complete mess. Meanwhile I've shipped multiple packages via UPS and received them on time without a single issue.
