To send a document (two pieces of A4 papers) to South Asia; the cost was 67!!!!!!! Is it just me or that’s just ridiculous?? Employees at the reception are very friendly and speaks English. However I had to press the bell few times and wait for someone to come to the window.

Have had a package waiting with them for weeks now. Gave them all the information they asked for from both buyer and seller side, still nothing. Totally incompetent and ran me around for hours on the phone when I tried to get an update. You’re better off walking your package to wherever it needs to be

Absolutely terrible service, avoid at all costs. 3 boxes in one order sent from UK with expedited delivery. All 3 boxes cleared customs together. Were supposed to arrive on a Monday. 2 arrived on Tuesday. Called on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday inquiring about the 3rd part of the order. Each day (after waiting on hold for 30 mins every time) we were told it would arrive the next day. We expressly told them from day 1 that it was a highly important package and that we needed it by Thursday at the very latest. It is now Friday afternoon and after being promised that we would be getting a call back within an hour and we didn't. Because of UPS's grave incompetence we have missed out on an order of over 8,000.00 and the potential roll on business from that order, an immeasurable amount of money. I understand that sometimes packages get lost or delayed but the shocking part is the absolutely terrible service. We probably waited on hold for a total of 3h over the course if a week, we were told at least 3 times that someone would call back within an hour but we never received a single call. They have one job, to deliver and track a package and they can't even do that. Absolutely unacceptable from a company of this supposed stature.

I was served fast and efficient, sent a document to Russia and a package to Dubai, everything got to the recipients on time, 2-3 days. The price was very fair comparing to other similar companies.

TERRIBLE!!!! They can never locate my residence. Incompetent. 3 times now the driver left my packages at a cafe and didn't get my authorization.

UPS in Portugal run by thieves! They held our package ransom and expected us to pay 90 for a broker which was more than the value of the item... just to clear customs. When we said to them that amount was unacceptable and unwarranted, we were then treated like we were scum with repeating harassing phone calls and an aggressive tone to pay the broker fees \or else\. We had to go in person and pay to receive the release documents which were deliberately filled out incorrectly by them in the office. Then went to customs which then told us based on the wrong filing of the release document that we'd be paying 3 times the value of the items contents just to release the item, the cost was hundreds of euros. AVOID UPS at all cost!!!!
