Excellent, no hidden fees, very straight forward, good prices and friendly staff. Cars are not always the latest models or new however they are reliable and gets you from A to B. I recommend buying the full insurance for hassle free situations. Good luck

BRAVACAR does not meet the minimum standards of other Easyrentcars partner rental companies. BRAVACAR simply should not be part of the list of rental companies listed by Easyrentcars: it is an amateur company, from the backyard, with a \fleet\ of vehicles in poor condition and mechanics. They tried to push us a filthy vehicle, with several crashes, a broken taillight, damaged wheels and, worse, with warning and mandatory inspection lights on! More than 45,000km of pure garbage... During de pick-up prpcedures, try to contact the phone number indicated on the confirmation voucher and pray to be answered! Good luck if you find someone at the drop-off... Prepare to wait a reasonable time.

I booked the car through check24.de so i had every insurance possible. Bravacar showed up in time at the airport and drove me to their station to get my car. The car was a peugot 308 with a lot of km (140.000) and a lot of scratches and dents. The inside was pretty used but ok. Car drove fine but asked for service repeatedly. Also the deposit was very high (2000)!! after reading the reviews on google i was pretty scared i do not get my money back. After all everything worked out nicely tho. Baravacar was very flexibel regarding the time i wanted to bring back the car which i changed 2-3 times during my holiday. So all in all the experience was quit ok, 2 stars less because of the car and the high deposit.

Everything went extremely well! Fast pickup at the airport fast renting process (500 deposit on credit card ) returning the car without any problems at all (deposit was returned) transfer service to the airport. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

I’ve never had such a horrible customer service in my life. I booked the car from a website carjet out of the airport. First the man who came to pick me up was late to get there, then we he drove us to the location to get the car he was on the phone the entire time. While getting my information he was also on the phone and his CreditCard machine wasn’t recognizing my international visa. I had to give a 1250 to get the car. They didn’t have the car I booked so they gave me one that as per him was just like it. The car made very weird noises, was not stable, the back tire kept getting flat so I had to keep going to the gas station to pump more air. Upon arriving to give the car back I asked if they could drive me back to my location but they said they didn’t have anybody to do so, so I had to get an Uber. Overall horrible customer service experience, and car quality was just as good as they were. Staff was rude and acting like they were doing me a favor when I was actually paying for a service.
