If something goes wrong, unfortunately contact with the company is cut off. They do not respond to e-mails, do not follow the rules set by themselves in "terms and condition of rent". Their approach to the client is disrespectful. The owner can get acquainted with the case by following the e-mails I sent regarding the reservation 24337 and assess whether in this case it can be said that your mission of customer satisfaction is fulfilled.

Amazing service and friendly staff. I am very happy with their service. I did not see any of what is mentioned about them charging for the car being dirty or any other issue. They gave me a free upgrade of what I ordered before plus they were kind enough to come back to the airport again and give me the stuff i left in the car. Not a lot of companies do that. Truly appreciate the service.

I have a good experience with them on Terceira. I had just half day between my flights, so I needed to do everything quickly. Their office is located just 50 meters from the airport. They have friendly and helpful staff. I put 4 instead of 5 only because of one yellow service light from the very beginning (operator told me it was OK:)) that disturbed me a bit during our trip.

We pre-paid for an SUV and received a compact car. A refund was promised at the airport but it’s been a month and my emails and messages have been ignored. I have not received a refund.

I rent a car in São Miguel island, Azores. First of all, the welcome. While the other brands are provided with easily recognizable places in the airport, we found just 1-2 employees, that are difficult to recognize except for the card they wore. But it doesn't matter, small details. The car delivered to us was not the one rented on the site but it is clearly specified that there could be model variations, the important thing is that the vehicle class is always the same. It appeared in good condition and with a full tank. I can't complain about the functionality, all worked very well. The negative evaluation is only thanks to the Unprofessional, Acid, Arrogant and Rude female employed, sent to the withdrawal back of the car. Presumptuous and clearly little interested in her duties, this "princess" gave us an almost animalistic treatment, not caring for the time (5am) or weather conditions (it was raining heavily) and facing the situation with a stupid and arrogant smile. In addition, without giving any notice, I also had to pay for parking (not cheap at all). Nothing to say about the male employed during the withdrawal of the car when I arrived in the airport. The service could have potential, I only recommend choosing the employees more accurately, which is why I would not re-use this service a second time. This was the perfect recipe of how to ruin a wonderful week in this wonderful place.

This place is very disorganized. I rented a car from them on Pico. I did not realize they did not have a kiosk at the airport - it is just one woman running the whole operation. I booked the car rental to start a few hours before I landed, not thinking it would be a problem, but with no desk, there was no one to help us at the airport. We had to have the person at the tourist info desk call to have them come get us (it turned out the number was just the woman’s cell phone number) and we us to wait several hours. The only reason we booked with them was because they were the only company we could final with an automatic transmission available, but when we got our car, it was a manual. We had to wait for her to go get the automatic from another site on the island. Then, when we returned the car, she told us she does not take credit cards - only cash. This is not mentioned anywhere in the contract. She just stared at us until we offered to go into the airport to use the ATM. Of course, paying cash meant we had a horrible exchange rate and didn’t get travel points on or credit card. Do not rent from them - it is very unprofessional and disorganized.

Terrible experience- my flight was rescheduled so I reached out to push my reservation by a few hours. Despite sending two emails, calling multiple times and leaving several voice messages, they didn’t adjust the reservation. When we landed they insisted on making us wait 30 minutes while they attended to another flight (that arrived after ours) before serving us, with no apologies. There appears to be no one working in customer service to help manage reservations and the cars are pretty beat up (missing hood ornaments, etc). Really rolling the dice on this one.
