Excellent scooter rental service. We rented a scooter for 3 days to drive to the Douro valley. It was perfect. The owners were so friendly, they made us feel at ease and they helped us plan a beautiful route along the N108 to reach our destination. We has a fantastic trip. We took good care of the scooter and were very careful and had no problem getting our deposit back. Definitely recommend.

Helpful friendly staff who spoke english as sadly we dont speak Portuguese. We hired a couple of well maintained electric bikes to go exploring over the other side of the Douro. Not expensive and very accommodating. Heard them talking to other customers and they were just as friendly and trying very hard to offer a good service.
Really nice people. We also got (and followed) nice suggestions about things to visit/do on the way/road. Very correct and democratic prices. Perfect and 100% trustworthy place to go to. We'll go back next year!
We wanted to rent a scooter. I kindly asked if it would be possible to test the scooter before renting it. I'm a polite person, so a simple 'No, we don't do testing because of safety reason' would be enough. However, the man was very angry for me asking a simple question. He screamed at me 'You are always making problems in this shop, we are already spending 30 minutes on you and this is a lot! We don't want to spend any time on you. You are a bad person. I don't want to rent to you'. I think that he was totally overreacting, because I just asked one simple question. Me and my boyfriend were shocked, and were not comfortable to ask anything more. I still give 2 stars, because we were able to return the scooter without any problems. But Vieguini, please keep customer service in mind! Screaming at customers is not appreciated. And people are coming from around the world, testing a scooter is something normal in many countries. Simple explaining would be more effective than making a screaming drama, which is not professional.
A great place to hire some bikes and cycle around the sea shores of Porto. Highly recommended.
We are experienced touring cyclists and hired two bikes for a ride from Porto to Lisbon. The service was excellent, friendly and helpful. We are fussy and the bikes were in excellent condition, well serviced. I can highly recommend Rui and his team.

I visited them 3 days ago and the staff were coughing a lot. I’m back home and got tested for Corona: Positive. So, most probably I received Corona from them. Be careful people!
