Our stay at this hotel was an impromptu one as our flight was cancelled. We had the room for two nights after having stayed previously in the Foz district. I wish we had stayed here the entire time! We stayed in the apartments on the third floor. Walking up the stairs to the third floor was easier than getting up the hills to the restaurants in Porto so not really an issue. The rooms are modern, bright an very clean. The apartments themselves are less than a year old so that probably helps. Our room had a vaulted cieling and three different air conditioners so everyone can set the temperature to their liking. The apartments are on a really cool, pedestrian only street that has a tonne of options for food. The staff were really friendly and really helpful. The central location to everything is amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our "bonus time" here. Definitely recommended and 100% would come back here again.

The most amazing hotel in Porto. Everything was perfect. The made to order prefect was such a treat, and the service was top notch. If you are visiting Porto, you must stay here!
We had an amazing stay. The hotel is extremely artistic and comfortable. Breakfast is made to order every morning in a beautiful dining room. Highly recommended!
We stayed at this hotel for our Christmas holidays, for four days. Everything is wonderful at this boutique hotel, the staff are friendly, interior design is magnificent and breakfasts are delicious. We could have not asked for anything better than this. Thank you Torel team and staff for your great job!
Would stay here again and again! Very much recommend as an option for families, couples, or friends. We had a large group staying in multiple rooms at the newer apartments (not the historic suites main building which is more expensive), and the hotel staff were kind enough to put us in rooms near each other. All the rooms were gorgeous, with great views of Porto (especially from the top floor), and included big bathrooms and kitchenettes and living areas, which were amazing. We wished we could've stayed longer to enjoy it more. You also get a free drink voucher when you arrive, to use at the bar at the main suites building, and you can explore the library at the main building which is beautiful. It only takes about 4 minutes to walk from one building to the other, if you're split between the two.
This was an absolutely exceptional hotel. Luxurious and comfortable beds and bedding. Very clean and modern still with charm. The staff from the cleaning staff to everyone at the front desk was marvelous. They had great communication with us helping us with tours, dinner reservations and more. It was a sensational stay and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I could not imagine a better location as well.
Great stay, friendly staff who helped us book many dinners and Port tastings. Incredible rooms, fantastic bar & breakfast on site. Happily would stay again.
