Let me start by saying that I have traveled on many airlines before . I currently have a silver star alliance membership . I recently took Tap Portugal for the first time from Lisbon to Miami . The two meals given were actually good for airline food. They came around 4/5 times for drinks . The plane was cleaned and there was a large screen tv in front of every sit . Wide variety of movies as well . The sits were somewhat tight and not much leg room . What surprised me was the reclining position that was great . It stretched longer than other carriers . I was told that they charge 70/80 euros for each suite case . I did not not have to pay an extra fee . The crew was very nice and accommodating . Overall I was happy with the choice and the cheap ticket for 260 dollars .

A flight delayed over 6x hours with no refund. Weather conditions they said... Not providing a single METAR report. Good crew's, trusty flight's but the worst costumer care you can find. Just my opinion and experience with thousands of miles. Amazing!

Worst airline beyond compare that I ever had the "pleasure" of flying with. Unfortunately, living in Portugal, many connections are with TAP. The ONLY AIRLINE I know that that STILL does not have any vegetarian options. Plus, constant email alerts and a buggy website that makes it hard to book. Not to mention outdated planes... avoid if at all possible!

And I'm putting one cause I can't put less WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER TAKEN !! And i am someone who travels a lot My flight was 2 hours delayed, not even a word of excuse from any members of the staff I missed my connection flight because of this delay The TAP lady at the airport was UNHELPFUL as you can be ! I got a flight 24 hours later despite me explaining that I had a train to catch the next day. I was told there was no more available seats but upon checking online there available seats they just couldn't be bothered to make an effort. That's how much TAP cares about it's clients ! Not a bit ! Moreover the hotel and the bus was use as a threat to stop us from complaining. A group of us who wanted to go to the TAP desk to get better flights or get our luggages and we were told there would be no bus to take us to the hotel if we were to do any of it ! The hotel and the bus to take us there are services they have to provide us because of the inconvenience they caused, they ABSOLUTELY CANNOT use the hotel as a way to shut us up ! NEVER TAKE TAP !! WORST COMPANY EVER PS: This was my flight back, my flight there was also 2 hours late and WITH NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY FOR THE FLIGHING CREW

I hate TAP it's the most incompetent airline. They delay their flights on a regular basis and believe that this is normal. They do not have a place in business, terrible customer service. It's a shame to work in TAP, you bring only disappointment.

On our three flights from Stockholm to Porto Alegre. All 3 were late causing us 2 extra flights. The last extra flight could have been avoided cause there was time to board but they had already rebooked us. Poor performance, poor service, horrible ground crew and over 24h late to our destination

Very disorganised at the airport, flight was delayed and judging by his flying it was the pilots first day, either that or the plane was so old it was hard to keep it level both in the air and on the ground, thankfully we’re flying home with a different airline
