Believe the 5-star ratings you see about this place! I was skeptical since the price was so affordable but I was blown away by the property (and location). New, modern and clean. We stayed comfortably in a 1-bedroom for our family of 4 in Oct, 2020. It was spacious with the usual apartment amenities like mini kitchen, fridge and utensils. The front desk and luggage storage was an added plus. It's just unbelievable value and quality for the price. I would gladly stay here long term!

Spot Family Apartments - very well maintained apartment/hotel. The apartment is clean and well maintained. They also provided some fresh fruit/ different buns and bottles of water in the apartment, thanks. The staff at the reception desk is very friendly and welcoming. She shown us lots of traveling information about the city. Good job. Definite will stay in the apartment again when we are in Porto. Apartment is walking distance to the tourist distrinct , city/shopping centre and restaurants. Walking distance to Metro station.

Very nice apartments, newly decorated and fully furnished and equipped. Quite central. Very helpful reception staff. Sparkling clean. We were very pleased.
I can't say enough good stuff about this place. Good size one BR apartment, especially by European standards. Clean and modern. Well appointed kitchen for meal prep, when desired. And still cheaper than nearby tiny hotel rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful desk staff were better than conceraige service I've received in 4&5 star hotels.
Very clean and good, fantastic for the price
Stayed here for 5 days with 4 friends. Probably the best reception I have encountered ever. They are really helpful and know alot of the city. Apartments are modern and well equipped with everything you need, including cooking. Cleaning every 3 days for free, which is also nice. Would recommend!
We stayed in Porto for one night and this apartment was perfect. Very spacious bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet and separate sink. Bedsheets and towels were clean and soap, shampoo, first aid kit, coffee, sugar, kitchen supplies were provided. Located in a busy street with easy access to market and breakfast cafes. Loved them!
