Meet Miguel, a humble man sharing his kitchen with fellow travellers. It has an incredible story. Open Kitchen used to be a grocery store meant for supplying fresh local products to merchants nearby. Then one day, a german tourist, who had a flight to catch, stumbled upon the doors of Miguel's kitchen. He asked, \Could you prepare me something vegan?\ Miguel replied yes of course. In his mind he thought of all the vegan ingredients he had and prepared a sandwich on spot for the starving German. He absolutely loved it and thus the grocery store slowly turned into an actual open kitchen as you see it now. Do pay a visit there if you're in Porto. It was an absolute delight to eat there and have a conversation with you Miguel. Thanks again for the herbs you gifted me for seasoning meals. Love Anmol
