The best cafe in Porto. We loved the coffee and food at Manna. The staff are amazing and friendly, and the cafe has a relaxing atmosphere thanks to the beautiful interior, the gorgeous conservatory at the back and the ambient music. We can really recommend the salty toast, acorn flour pancake and the coffee here. We also attended yoga run by Kim. The yoga studio is in the conservatory at the back so you have wonderful views of the sky. Kim is just wonderful - she is the kindest and so calm. We loved her yoga class and would say it's the best yoga class we have been to thanks to her brilliant teaching.

Their food is absolutely delicious I have tried several cafes in Porto that try to recreate the “healthy”, conscious and “Instagramable” food concepts but most of them have greatly failed. This place really has it all! The food and service at Manna are exceptional . You can tell just by how much the people that work here really care and are consciously providing some of the highest quality foods (no sugars or MSGs) only organic and wholesome goodness. Plus, their coffee ️ was also on another level of quality. They have several beans coming from different origins and blends. They use Oatly milk for their lattes which I LOVE since Oatly is the best alternative milk you can use for coffee. Besides the food, the place is super welcoming. Their lovely outdoor area is super chill and great for a date ️ Definitely recommend this place if your care about healthy and real food!

Wonderful space! The whole concept is thought through with so much attention to detail, holistic awareness and authentic love that I felt just comfortable! And the food (I had the salty sandwich) is incredible and really well flavored! There is literally one little suggestion from my perspective: I would offer the oil separately to the soup (maybe with 1-2 slices of bread). Definitely recommend!!

The coffee and food at Manna are delicious. A great spot for an oat milk latte in Porto. Their back courtyard is a calm and quiet place to enjoy lunch. Don’t miss their vegan salty toast — one of the tastiest toasts I’ve ever had!

I have never in my entire life had the quality of yoga class I had here. Nothing is comparable that I've ever taken. Any of the teachers are amazing but I especially loved Maria. The Yoga class takes place in a Winter Garden (glass box) behind the coffee shop. The classes are absolutely beautiful. The food and coffee was amazing. The owner truly loves the details and takes so much care in making sure you have a good time.

Excellent food and quality of products. Friendly staff. Highly recommended. A bit expensive for Porto but worth every cent. (Paid around 28 for 2 toasts, 2juices and a soup) & everything was excellent!
