Had two piercings done at Heart Gallery and I was very pleased with Paulo’s professionalism. He explained every step of the process, the space was clean and the tools thoroughly sanitised. The piercing hurt momentarily but it was fine afterwards. I strongly recommend this place for piercings! Thank you very much!!

Nipple piercing in July, I am very sensitive to pain, and phobic needles, although I was very stressed that I shouted very loud, he managed the situation perfectly, and the piercing was done perfectly too. He took a great care of me before and after. Also he works very neatly. I would definitely go again if I come back to Porto.
Got my first tattoo here… Amazing work the staff are really friendly and give you advice with any doubt that you can have even suggest you very creative designs which will help u make ur tattoo even more lively. I got my first 3 tattoos done there by Andreia and I also got my first piercing done there be Paulo. Everyone is very friendly and professional and inside the tattoo/piercingroom it is very clean and organized. When you step in the tattooshop there are many beautiful pictures and posters on the walls which create some kind of unique flair. I also brought my friend with me to buy new piercings after he had been rejected at another place and Paulo was very friendly and helpful. Another plus is that you're always able to text the team via IG or FB for questions about tattoos and piercings. I definitely recommend them!
We went there with three of my friends to get an helix piercing, all three got a tiny infection but nothing bad, very nice piercer, only mine wasn't tighten enough, i lost it in the middle of the street, my hole closed up during the night, now i have to do it again. Not the piercer fault, but just check it, if you haven't healed yet, it closes up super fast. Prices were honest.
Alternative style indoor space, nice and joyful staff with great skill and quality. Prices are fare/moderate given the work's level of quality.
