I needed to get a new side window for my car after it was smashed by strangers. After I had a horrible experience with carglass, I decided to go to Glassdrive Fernão Magalhães and it was the best decision ever. They have a perfect customer service and what is very useful if you do not speak Portuguese like me, there works a guy, Pedro, who speaks English fluently and therefore the communication works perfectly! The glass I needed was difficult to get but they tried several different options and in the end had a quick and satisfying solution. Big Bonus is that they keep you always updated via WhatsApp and are all very friendly and helpful! Thank you very much again!

Tijdens ons verblijf in Porto is ons achterraam ingeslagen terwijl de auto in een bewaakte binnenparkeerplaats stond. Erg vervelend natuurlijk, zeker als Carglass aangeeft dat zij het raam pas op vrijdag konden vervangen. Het gebeurde allemaal op maandag, dus dat was geen optie. Pedro van Glassdrive heeft ons extreem goed geholpen. Dezelfde dag was het raam vervangen, auto netjes uitgezogen vanwege de glasscherven. Pedro spreekt goed Engels, mailt de factuur ook nog voor de zekerheid (vanwege declaratie leasemaatschappij). Al met al zijn we mega snel geholpen en ook erg prettig. We kregen een whatsapp berichtje van hem dat alles was geregeld en de auto dinsdagochtend klaar stond. Nogmaals ontzettend bedankt voor de hulp. Mocht je het ongeluk hebben dat zoiets jou ook overkomt ben je bij hen in goede handen.
