We did a night walk called Luzes de Serralves, it was fantastic. It costs 5 euros and you have a guide for two hours. After that, you can walk the whole park alone and enjoy that amazing place. It has a great infrastructure and, if you're lucky, you can eat some grapes!

I only visited the gardens in Serralves and I have to say they are a must visit in Porto. The garden is big with a lot of places to explore. There is a lake, a tree top walk (which is really cool and gives a different view of the place), a tea house, a cinema house, some art, different kinds of gardens, a farm and even a wishing tree! You could easily spend the day here alone or with someone. The place is peaceful and beautiful. Although there is also a museum, I chose not to spend a lovely summer day inside.
Loved the exhibits when I visited in April 2019. A good place to spend an afternoon for both adults and children. My favorite was the pink ostrich feather and crystal encrusted gold helicopter. Take the time to visit the sculpture garden. It is beautiful and has a reflection pool with ducks. The kids love it.
Amazing museum! Gorgeous garden with few interesting art works! No one visiting Porto should miss it.
Great shows, great estate, great park. Only thing I didn't enjoy were the labels of the works, which contained little information, mostly technical. As an art mediator and cultural worker, I consider them an important tool for the public. They were showing an exhibition by Yoko Ono when I visited and lots of the works require audience participation, which was not specifically mentioned. Other than that, well worth the 20euro entry fee if you're an art lover. Take 3 or more hours to visit unhurried
This museum is a true house of wonders, due to its simple but amazing architecture and brilliant room placement everything you see will leave you in great awe, they not only provide you with a great visual experience but auditive as well. The garden outside is simply mystical, very tall trees blocking the sky view and beautiful houses hidden behind them with amazing pastel colors that seems to blend into the ground's own color as well. One of the houses had a beautiful front garden that seemed straight out of one of Wes Anderson's movies. This is truly a unique experience which I HIGHLY recommend to anyone near this museum.
Amazing space, both the gardens and the exhibition galleries.
Arthur Jaffa Exhibition powerful and moving. Many wonderful images and video documentary dreamlike and beautiful. Loved the building but actually enjoyed the gardens more. Cool shade, the scent of pine resin, ponds and a beautiful art deco house. We'll worth trip on a hot September day.
