Since moving to Portugal have wanted to attend a Fado performance. While visiting Porto finally had the opportunity. I have learned so much of Fado music history and culture behind it while attending this authentic show. The performers both music and singing are wonderful. Even though we don't speak much Portuguese yet, the soulful singing is enough to understand the story behind each song. They provide information in various languages so we could understand the narrative provided during the show. I highly recommend attending.

Really enjoyable. Wasn’t sure what to expect. Learned a lot about the culture of Fado, where it started and how it continues to flourish. Very personable hosts. Worth a visit if you have the time.

Simply wonderfull experience. More than a just a show, its a journey through time sińce the early days of Fado. I was mesmerized by the atmosphere and the performers. Plus, there's a little treat at the end but i aint telling. You have to find out yourself.

Interested in learning something about the origins and present of Fado? Both styles of this most typical of Portuguese music are explained and presented by local artists and fadistas, in several languages. The artists are working hard to make this an honest and interesting experience for the visitor. Well worth the entry price.

Great experience all together, so much information on the history of Fado accompanied with a performance showcasing the different styles. Slightly restricted schedule due to covid (call ahead, they are multi lingual) but felt safe in the in door space distanced from other patrons. Thanks for a great show!

Good quality. They try to explain. They succeed to make performance with character and emotion. It is short. It might be felt overpriced. Glass of Porto wine and small chocolate nice present that will round the edges.
