Very helpful and friendly staff! and generally everything was good. Just few small things that could help to improve (lighting in the room and bathroom, hooks and toilet brush)

It's a great place to spend your vacation in Porto! Everything in the rooms is great,they are spacious well furnished and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful!
Perfect location to walk around the city. Friendly & helpful hotel staff. Breakfast was alright (not a fan of their coffee), the rooms are clean and spacious enough

Cozy and comfortable. Very clean. Nice decor and ambience. Very friendly staff. My ankle sprained and I requested ice and the staff member gave me a while bagful. Also I requested hot water for tea and they brought the whole tray with electric kettle , mugs and assorted tea and coffee to the room. Definitely recommend it. Also collide to all shipping and Restraunts
The Hotel is nice, easy to find, near the metro to the airport, close to lots of good restaurants and the staff are friendly. The Breakfast was well.presented and quite edible. But I could not manage to sleep. The mattress and pillows where very uncomfortable. Lots of street noise when the window is open. To get my rating up. 1) use proper mattresses (for example latex) 2) use feather pillows instead of polyester.
Staff were attentive and friendly. Great location and fairly quiet. There are some cool hispter shops along the street. Clean and surprisingly spacious washroom.
A solid hotel offering in central location. Lovely appointed and very clean rooms, good breakfast and a good team at reception.
