Easy to use access gates in and out. Payment machine was also possible to use even in Portuguese. Parking squares were painted with wide borders in between that left good space between the cars. And the lines continued up on the wall that made reverse parking easy.

It's good for parking, but a little bit expensive.
If you’re parking for more than 24 hours, go to the parking office where they may offer cheaper rates than if you pay at the machine.
If you ask the staff they have cheaper 24h rates from October to March (23 day). However if you dont ask and pay the ticket in the machine the price would be 36 day!!!!
Elevator was not working so I took the stairs however somebody did use the stairs as a toilet. In general the entrance to the elevator and staircase is dirty and very bad maintained. Day price (day card) is reasonable considering you are down town in Historic Center. Exit to Mozinho da Silveira is dreadfull due to the crossing of Rua das Flores (lots of people crossing the street) and the traffic light which is very short on green. In summer time it causes traffic jams.
Rip off!!!!! 67 for less than 2 days. Despicable. For shame!!
extremely unprofessional customer service. i am leaving towards suing this company.
