Excellent staff. Very friendly like the rest of Porto. Very knowledgeable about the area. Buffet breakfast everyday. Nice big room (See pict). Stayed 5 nights. Great view! The cleaning lady did a great job cleaning the room. Bedsheets changed everyday. Towels changed as told. No elevator because this building is very old. Love old buildings. Super squeaky floor, but noise from room above is minimal (magic!). Expect some noise from outside because of nearby restaurants and bars. Towels are a bit old but clean (no odor). Some with minor stains, so I had them changed everyday. Had a great time in Porto. A huge thank you to your very helpful and friendly staff... the other part is to Google Map Beautiful city, beautiful people, thank you for a wonderful time.
Staff are very kind, helpful and attentive, always offering suggestions and booking restaurants. Our room was very spacious and we'll equipped. Location is excellent and our front facing room had a great view.
Very friendly and helpful staff and great location in the old part of the city. Hotel and rooms were a bit worn down. Expect some noise from the street.
The staff is so friendly and sweet! They also do give great tips about what to do in Porto. The rooms are clean and have a bath! The breakfast is delicious and freshly baked. So we were more than happy to stay at this welcoming place in the middle of the city center

Historic building with a great view, big windows. A very bright place. Clean tasteful contemporary decor & large comfortable room, plenty of storage. Some lovely touches like access to a terrace, books, complimentary tea, fruit and cookies. We loved the simple decorative light bulbs hanging like a sculpture in the room, only wished there was a dimmer switch. There was a gap appearing in the double bed as its two single beds positioned next to each other. We loved the photos on the walls. In warmer weather the air-conditioning in our room turned out to be not powerful enough. The staff were very friendly, went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were really helpful. Our experience was memorable and would highly recommend.
Have nothing which I can fault about our stay here it was perfect. The staff are so helpful and friendly providing great tips to make your stay as best possible. The location is excellent located in the heart of Porto. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options and fresh produce. The rooms are stylish and modern with all the amenities you would expect. Also fresh biscuits are available 24/7 from the communal areas, very dangerous. Would come and stay here again in a heartbeat
