I have had the chocolates from here before and they are delicious! this time I came to try and eat in and while waiting at the entrance I had the waiter walk past me without any acknowledgement. An elderly couple came and were waiting behind me and the congregation of waiters and baristas kept looking at us for a few minutes without any greeting, the elderly couple decided to leave to somewhere more accomodating. 2 minutes later a family walked in past the queue and the waiter decided to seat them whilst we had still not even been acknowledged. Room for improvement with service will keep customers happy

I was surprised to see that this arcadia shop serve more than chocolates and chocolate related products. They serve various sandwiches and savory crepes. We tried the mini-chocolate quente and meia torrada. The hot chocolate was good, not too sweet. It's a good surprise.

Spacious place with good selection of pastries. There are also cakes. Although this place is famous for the chocolate, the choice was limited when I visited it. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance.

Amazingly thick hot chocolate, to be eaten with a spoon, just like I like it! The decor inside is nice and sophisticated.
Such a cool place to have a chocolate dessert, alongside with amazing cookies from all types.
