Watching the repair process, I hoped that if the carrier breaks down in Korea or anywhere, I could have him repair it. He seemed to fix everything, not just the wheels, but also the handles. Fantastic store! Very professional and helpful. When traveling, my luggage was damaged. I took it to Alberto C Real and it received an excellent repair job. It's a charming store. They also offer handbags, belts, gloves, wallets and luggage. I highly recommend.
