I feel totally scammed. This was no service. It took an extremely lengthy amount of time and such a regret dealing with this company. When I finally got my money back from the airline after contacting them directly myself, I was hounded as well as my fellow passengers to transfer 25%. 25% for what? getting my hopes up thinking it was a good service when I would have sorted it better myself. I recommend to just contact the airline yourself, this service brings no value.
Really good, really professional. It's not a quick process. And they take a decent chunk of the payout. But it's totally fair, all things considered. I really appreciate the help.
extremely poor experience - i had 3 cases taken over by them - not a single one was solved. i had to send in the documents several times as they kept on getting "lost". i only got a response to one - and they explained, the delay was less than 3 hours so there was no right for compensation. well, the delay was more than 4 hours and the right for compensation was confirmed by aireclaim when the process started. i never even got a response when i AGAIN explained the actual delay and sent in proof. the other 2 cases were not answered/handled at all.

Great job. It take time but in the end i was flying for free and get some extra 70e. If you ask me worth trying. You never know.
Great work. Got my compensation in 2 cases of Vueling flights with delays over 3 hours. First case took 2 or 3 months until I got the money, and the second case took only one month. Will definitely contact them again if needed.
I've had a 12-hour delay and the airline recused my compensation request so I had to recour to Aireclaim that was super helpful, got me the compensation in two weeks and my expenses a ticket refund!!! Since then I recommended to my sister and brother in law and they also got their compensations in one month. The best service I've used so far
