Wheelchair-accessible entrance
I like the ease of access, but by the river - the card system to enter the docks are quite unpractical. If you have more than two people on board you'll have to be sharing the acess card - they only give you one per boat. Having worked with nautical tourism, it's annoying having to be on a hunt for the access card to take the customers to the boat.
