Now this was an exceptional experience. I needed a bolt for a 15 year old obsolete bike that I had spent good money with a Swytch kit (i’e made an e-bike). I thought my investment was doomed until I went to One bike. The technician (maybe the owner?) came out to my truck and inspected this bike. Scratched at his beard and said ‘This no going to be easy! The went to the back of his shop and produced exactly the ‘rare’ locking nut! He had rescued the part from an old scrapped bike - and said with a smile - ‘this will sort you out’! It was FREE! What a refreshing attitude - he had spend 20 mins solving my problem and providing a ‘winner’ of a solution - but didn’t want a penny! This was indeed an exceptional level of service and I expect you will have good service too!

I had arranged a rental at another store and it fell through. These guys got me setup and gave me some great suggestions on road routes to ride. I rented a carbon road bike for a couple days while on a family vacation and had a great time. The price was fair and they included pedals, repair kit and a helmet. Thanks!
