We stayed for a week, it was a lovely 4* hotel. The staff weren’t very friendly, housekeeping staff was excellent, nice clean room every day. The Gym facilities was good, nicely air conditioned. The continental breakfast was good, nice options to suit all. The only downside aside from the reception staff was the location, there’s not a lot of places to go nearby, so you have to get a taxi, or the boat across. It’s a nice walk to the beach.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been in. Rooms are clean and really roomy. If you can, get one of the rooms on a higher floor that face the ocean. The views are incredible. On that point, make sure you visit the roof top bar at sunset. The views are some of the most stunning I have ever seen. Food is decent for an all-inclusive with a good selection and a good variety each night. The only time I was disappointed was when they had a Portuguese theme for dinner, it was pretty bland. There are 2 pools including one that's adult only. They also run a bus into the old town if you fancy going to the beach.
Amazing, fantastic and 5 stars all round. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Food and drink is nice with great service. Pool outside, perfect for relaxing in the sun, the beach is a 2 minute walk, lovely golden beach the sea is perfect. The hotel was clean tidy and the breakfast served every morning you had so many choices to choose from they cater for all and it tasted great! Around the hotel there is bars and restaurants good food and good drinks. Perfect holiday, we are going again in 2021.
First off, I'd like to say that there was excellent service. Everyone working for the hotel was super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was also one of the cleanest I have ever been to. The breakfast came with tons of different options that changed every other day (bit on the salter side, but still great). With the beach being a 2 minute walk, if that, i would say the location was excellent. It was also near a bunch of fabulous restaurants and nice grocery stores. Theonly issue we encounter with our stay was that I had a bad allergic reaction to products used to clean the sheets, which caused rashes on my hands and feet which put a noticeable damper to the vacation. It's hard to fault the hotel for trying to be as clean and as possible but it did become a decent problem for me. This was more of a personal problem with me, as I have sensitive skin, while my girlfriend had no such issue. Allergic reaction aside, it was a great stay that I would highly recommend.
The pool is heated, which is a plus for those days that are a bit more cold. Food at the restaurant very good and well served. Friendly staff.

Lovely hotel to stay. Clean and tidy. A minute walk from the beach lots of places to go and eat ..staff are friendly The pool and gym open. The spa is being renovated.. I would recommend it to anyone
A fantastic hotel. We stayed Bed and Breakfast. The breakfast selection was huge. All the staff members we interacted with were helpful and all spoke English, but the outstanding staff member was Svetlana. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
