This place looks gorgeous! I didn't stay at this hotel... I wish! but I did eat some appetizers and I have to comment on how fancy everything looked and the most amazing view of the ocean! Super romantic! I just enjoyed a drink and some food and I can't wait to go back and stay here. Well worth it!

Overall a good room, but surprising lack of professionalism of hotel workers. I had to wait for more than 3 hours and make 4-5 calls to reception to get an ordinary housekeeping request. First time I heard that housekeeping has lunch, then that they will come soon, then that they are busy with guests checking in and out, then that they will come as soon as possible, and so on. Also the tone of responses. It didn't make me feel a welcomed guest. For the price I pay I would expect a different service.
Special thanks to all the great staff members - especially the very friendly and nice man at the breakfast who was serving our table! Such a good service and I will come back soon :)!
Great hotel, great staff. Excellent location, direct access to beach. Nice town with plenty of bars and restaurants.

We are leaving the hotel with quite mixed feelings. While the place itself is great: location, easy access to the beach, big and nice room, food...we felt absolutely unwelcomed by the staff. Some of them (waiters) was unkind and seemed annoyed by our questions. Cleaning lady was bossy and treated us like idiots. Not sure what they hate more: job or people? Other downturns: - Sewage smell from the bathroom; - Upon our arrival, there was sand on the floor in the room. The proper cleaning was not done even after. We really wanted to like the hotel, but unfortunately won't return anytime soon.
The evening meal is well worth it. Beautiful views. Rooms need a little bit of renovating (paint chipping off the walls) but other then that it's a lovely hotel and well worth the price
