The parking is a little far but I actually was attended fast, so, not bad of an experience this time, I had a lot of them where I waited for 8 or more hours in the Urgency.

This hospital has tremendous health care system deficiencies. Bacterial infections are at alarming stages, and seem to be ignored, as it has been going on for a long time. The doctor, in the Pneumology department should have been a veterinarian, he has poor people skills, is arrogant, and rude. The nursing staff, and assistants were professional, and very attentive.
Worst experience ever! Avoid at all cost! Very unsanitary, sinks dirty and clogged, and worst maternity ward ever! Nurses didn’t wash their hands while taking care of the babies and constantly complained about their hours that they worked! They would write in my wife’s file things they did or gave her in which they never did, very unethical and bad medical practice! The showers were old and full of mold! The fruit they gave was wet and smelled like raw fish, could easily be cross contamination! My wife was not well and fainted in the bathroom, they are completely clueless! Nurses handling babies while they reek of smoke, they need to be wearing gloves! While in pain my wife would ring the bell for medicine, a nurse would come and then leave, and would never come back with medicine, and hour later we would ring the bell again, and again, the nurse would come in and then leave and never return! Three hours later while my wife was still in pain I had to go into the hallway and start looking for nurses! They are wreckless and careless and no one should ever have to endure this kind of pain and suffering!
Estou farto de usarem a desculpa da Covid19 para tudo! Sabiam que quando nasce uma criança no HDES o pai não a pode ver? Mesmo que tenha feito teste à Covid ao mesmo tempo que a mãe. Só vê o bebé quando a mãe voltar para casa... recuamos 40 anos de evolução. Ah mas há uma justificação, é que são as regras... não podemos fazer nada...
Onde pára a nova administração do HDES? Está escondida como as anteriores.... Pelos vistos este hospital continua um caus..
Quando penso que o sistema de saude na região nao me surpreende, engano-me! Estou há 3 semanas a tentar falar com as consultas externas - polivalente para proceder à desmarcação de uma consulta por não ser compativel, e não consigo falar com ninguem. Ninguem atende. Há 3 semanas???? Falei com a receção e disseram que infelizmente isso tem acontecido muitas vezes ( ainda bem que ao menos alguem interno admite) Estamos em pleno seculo XXI, como é que isso é possivel? Eu se quero resolver algo tenho de me deslocar aí? Digo novamente, em século XXI??? Vergonhoso, no minimo! Eu como dadora ativa de sangue, digo novamente - VERGONHOSO! EStou neste momento há 7 minutos ao telefone, à espera que me atendam, claro, sem resposta.
Esse hospital e uma vergonha .....o tempo de espera da tempo de morrer.....nunca vi igual desprezam as pessoas até os auxiliares falam como querem.....uma vergonha mais nada a acrescentar!!!
Estacionamento de DADORES (10 lugares) ocupados por terceiros...? Bom dia, infelizmente é com esta \aberração\ que nós DADORES nos deparamos todos os dias. Este ano, foi a segunda ou terceira vez que lá fui fazer a minha \obrigatória\ dádiva, juro que estive para desistir e voltar a costas, porém quem precisa não tem culpa da falta de respeito que estes Srs/as. condutores/as têm por nós/eles (receptores de sangue). Rogo, a quem de direito, tome medidas no sentido de proibir o estacionamento destes abusadores...
