I’ve been traveling on Sata for years, as long as I can remember there has always been delays and cancellations. Saturdays (09/01/2018) cancellation really made me angry as I wanted to speak to a Sata official and no one was there to answer my questions, they kept us waiting and waiting before they canceled the flight! They gave us a “ snack voucher “ and told us there was no hotels available. Looking around in the airport at 1:00 am I saw a disabled woman sitting on a wheel chair trying to sleep with her grandchildren sleeping on the floor. How can Sata treat their customers like this?! We pay top price for these tickets and yet when we go over a couple of kilos on our luggage, you guys stab us some more! I wish other airlines would take these routes ! I will no longer do business with sata airlines.

Falhas nas cobranças em cartões, em envios de bilhetes, call center espera de 2h ou mais. Desorganização e Incompetência brutal nos escritórios. Aviões porreiros.
Pior companhia aérea do mundo!
Schlechteste Airline überhaupt. Zwei Flüge gebucht und alle beide eine Woche vor Abflug geändert. Abflug statt morgens dann um 19 Uhr.
