This tour led by Beatriz and Francisco really rocks! As first timers, we all had an outstanding experience with super professional instructors/guides who nail all the safety procedures plus kindness standards. We loved the crystal clear communication from our initial contact via website, WhatsApp messages prior to the tour and also on site, providing realistic information about what to do step by step and how to get prepared for the adventures. Some of us were a bit scared but they were very patient and empathetic, calmly waiting and letting us have our own timings. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who never tried such thing before!

Epic's team is lovely! Francisco and Bea are truly the best! We really had a great time in "Ribeira dos Caldeirões" canyoning trail, super beautiful and fun for both beginners and people who have already tried canyoning. Also the gear is really great, we even had canyoning boots included! Totally recommend this experience with Epic for all the family and friends groups.

Had a really great tour with Francisco and Beatriz!! Really enjoyed it and it was worth every penny. Very professional guided tour and both of them took more than enough time to explain everything in detail. We felt really save during the entire tour. The tour is leading through the beautiful "jungle" of sao miguel with a good mixture of jumps, natural water slides and rappeling sections. Highly recommend this tour!

We had an amazing experience with Francisco and Bea. They are caring, friendly and professional. We felt very safe during the whole experience (even when you feel dizzy) and they take the time to explain everything before each obstacle. The landscape was incredible and wild: we were completely immersed into the nature and we could almost believe that we were in Costa Rica. We had also pictures and videos as a souvenir of this day. We recommend this experience with closed eyes!

If you are afraid of canyoning, don't worry. You will feel safe with these guys. They are great instructors, super friendly and will make sure that you enjoy the experience. The equipment was perfect. We chose adventure canyoning and the tour lives up to its name. We had already hiked around the area. However, following the river and repel down the waterfalls is a whole different perspective. We highly recommend Azores Epiv Adventure and thank you guys for this moment!

Booked the family canyoning, had a great time ! Bea and Francisco are very professional and friendly guides. They also take photos and videos along the way and send them to you at the end of the day. No pressure on the high jumps, all fun ! I strongly recommend for a first canyoning experience.
