Local underground venue with art gallery. Live music is frequent and with good taste. Trendy crowd, no posh. Not expensive. Friendly. Located in an old factory close to the sea port.

Arco 8 is the place to find multi cultural venues in Ponta Delgada. If you want to get surprised you have to come here. Many types of venues happen here like concerts, exhibitions, theatrical plays, indie cinema, DJs, or could happen just to be a simple night with nice ambiance music to enjoy with friends. Located in the harbour area of the city the building is an old fishermen warehouse magnificently decorated. Outside you have a nice and cosy terrace where you can enjoy a few drinks in the fresh but humid air of the Azores. Totally recommend this Arco 8 if you visit São Miguel Island.
