Waiting for an order since December 2nd. Still no information of when I will receive it. Also had issues with other order, where they stated there was no1 to attend the courier, but in fact it was an office with receptionist that is open all day. This happened many many times.. Edit. The order was lost. The sender kindly sent me a replacement.

Been going there for 23 years, very busy at times only a quick snack available at the vending machine.
I have never seen a worse delivery service than this. I got them the adress of the hotel for 2 trys. The hotel was on the main street. They were not able to deliver the package. They are either blind or did never try to send it. Try to avoid this stupid delivery service
CTT EXPRESSO - Portugal postal service is behond POOR. 1 - no contact numbers, contact numbers that no one answers. 2 - contact numbers are not free and highly expensive. 3 - to change a address that exists, costs 4,72 4 - CTT expresso say, address does not exist but IT DOES EXIST. 5 - sometimes they do get it right. 6 - UPS, DHL, FEDEX find the same address BUT CTT EXPRESSO can not... 7 - they must work from MARS !!!!!! 8 - AFRICA DOESNT HAVE THIS MARSHEN SERVICE !!!!
A package from Germany to CTT Perafita: in 4days (2044km) CTT Perafita to Arouca (70km): after 4 weeks they say the package is missing. I had to pick up the package at CTT Perafita, unfortunately all that was left was damaged. The package was packed professionally by our company. this woman (manager) was not interested and wanted to lie and deny everything.Thats the reason why this country never can compete with others EU-countries. Advice: replace the name „CTT Expresso“ to „CTT Corrupt“ and everything would be understandable.
Mau serviço, não sabem de encomendas. Informações é generalista, numa de despachar quem cá aparece.
Trabalho com imensos transitários...e o único transitário que consegue alegar sempre que não lhe abriram a porta é a CCT Expresso. Nem ligam, nem querem saber....pessoal displicente e pouco profissional...uma vergonha. Só acontece com eles...DHL, UPS, Chronopost funcionam muito melhor.
A minha encomenda está retida à 2 dias. Estou farto de ligar e até desligam a chamada. Não sei como os CTT com tanta reclamação não fecham.
