Had a fabulous meal here last night. We were treated like kings by Roberto and all other staff. Emphasis is on product provenance, with the freshest sea food, charcuterie and meats on display. The wine menu is a delight and service is top class. The venue itself is handsomely decorated, cosy and welcoming. Location might be off the beaten track but it’s absolutely worth the visit!

We loved the place!! We went there on the last of our vacation and we really regreted that we cannot come back. Delicious food, great wine and very good selection of great deserts. It was difficult to choose. And the lady who was providing the service was super friendly, knowledgable and helpful. We definitely recommend the place!!
A local brought me here, and as such I can assure you this is a place where locals go. Upscale for Péniche, and definitely a who's who as well as a place for special occasions. The house specialty is the seared cod, with potatoes, garlic and olive oil. A Portuguese classic to be sure, but in 3 months in Portugal, I haven't found a place that makes it quite like here. Joel brings his cod to another level.
Oh god, so much to say about this lovely place. The food is awesome, the waitress was one of the best I've never seen in my life : suggesting, talking our native langage, taking pictures of the family, always nice and ready to serve. The place itself is tremendous, clean and classy. When you're done eating, go to the little shop just before the exit, they sell really good wine for a competitive price.
Although nearby the ocean, sea view is ot available\. The space and the decoration is simple but \earm & comfortable\. The service is good and last but not least, the food is excellent. Portuguese cuisine at its best, simple, tasty, well presented, well served. The price is right for the quality you get, but there are more affordable options in the region. Bon apetit!

Came here after my girlfriends brother recommended it as \his favorite restaurant in Peniche\. We disagreed with him. Food is good, prices are fine, however their service was less than perfect. Took them about 15min to seat us even when we had a reservation and arrived on time. Took a long time to order, bring food, etc. I will mention that their standard steak is excellent. They have a delicious compound butter made of.. Magic?
