Me and my boyfriend recently moved into our new home and made a contract for gas and electricity with this company. Never in my life would I have imagined that the dream of our first together home would suffer so much because of Endesa. About three weeks after we made the contract we finally got them to at least open up the electricity for us. Since then we are waiting for the gas. As warm water, as well as household items like the ofen are operated with gas, we are taking cold showers and live from instant noudle soup for almost 2 weeks now. In the middle of the winter. Appointments are made by endesa but never held up. The gas installation got now postponed for the 4th time. We are fed up and quite literally sick because of the behavior of this company and the fact that we take 10c cold showers in November. Thank you for nothing endesa.

We are people owning 16 houses in the Algarve trying to find an alternative to EDP for the electric bills. I prepared a material explaining everything in Portuguese. There is simple no way to communicate with this company. Obviously they do not want any customers. Very bad leadership accepting such a mess.
Worst company, marketing teams harrases me, they call me 22:10. Worst company ever
Be advised they are more a scam than an energy company.

This is really a liar company. The salesman came to the house to sell and conceal his intention to change the company contract. It is really hateful.
Após vários telefonemas e insistência por parte da Endesa, cedi a mudar para esta empresa. Foi a pior coisa que fiz. Não aconselho. Péssimo atendimento, mais caro e se fizeres alguma reclamação, desligam-te o telefone. Muito mau.
