Do not book with this company please there are other companies in Cabanas which are fair and nice! There not refunding for services they can not provide. If they can sleep at night with taking people’s money for no service during a pandemic shows what type of people your dealing with. There attitude and customer service is a disgrace! Please save yourself the hassle and money! Reply to your response! My emails was not rude or offensive was asking for my money back. As I didn’t want a voucher.I have only spoke to you through email not your staff. So stop making lies up! You seem to lack understanding of customer service! You think I’m giving you a penny more you can think again! Yes term and conditions but we’re in a pandemic and you can’t provide a service when was booked! As I say keep the money if makes you feel better about yourselves. Yes we do need to be kind shame you can’t do what you preach! You behaviour shows your a bully. Grow up!

We have been a client of Mars Algarve for several years now and they continue to provide us with a first class professional service. Their staff are always on hand to deal with owner queries and our guests alike. Year on year they build their team and their business yet always maintain a personal and friendly approach towards their clients.
I have an apartment managed by Mars Algarve and having just bought a second apartment that too will be managed by them. Their service and professionalism is second to none. I am always astounded at their continued hands on service and would not hesitate in recommending their services to anyone.
Mars Algarve were responsible for managing my penthouse apartment following a recommendation by the furniture company who provided all the fittings. I can say that from day one they portrayed a friendly and professional image and all guests without exception left positive feedback in respect of their management service. As a property owner I can say that we have enjoyed a friendly relationship with the owners of Mars who have gone out of their way to accommodate any issues or difficulties. Should anyone be looking to appoint a managing agent I would have no reservation in recommending them.

Being the owner of many properties in the Eastern Algarve I have found working with Mars Algarve an absolute delight. Over the years we have used previous companies to manage our properties. Until now we have not been able to rely on the day to day running and maintenance.
