Went to MIDAS to check a exhaust fume smell inside the car. They mentioned that oil and Diesel filters needed replacement (turns out they were brand new and did not need replacement). After this service the car broke down (day after and under 40km after service at Midas. The car has been serviced in the brand dealership since day 1 and has not had any problems before. MIDAS doesn't want to assume the problem although it occurred directly after service repair. Mechanics working on the car inspired very little trust, seemed inexperience. Manager at Midas Oeiras Parque threatened to refuse repairing the car. Very poor client management, very poor service, and my car has been broke down since it got serviced at Midas. Midas never again. Servico pessimo. Atendimento ao cliente pessimo. o meu carro foi á MIDAS so para verificar um pequeno problema na quinta feira dia 6 - Agosto e desde entao avariou e nunca mais andou ate oje. MIDAS recusa-se a assumir os problemas e quer que eu leve o meu carro á marca para eu resolver e pagar os probleas causados pela MIDAS ( o carro nunca tinha tido nenhum problema). O gerente da loja do Oeiras Parque mentiu aos colegas da MIDas da A5 dizendo que eu lhe disse que a MIDAS A5 tinha recusaado o meu servico, o que é totalmente falso. Uma vergonha.

Foi feito um pedido de checkup grátis para fazer as 17.30 e eram 17.20 não tinha envio msg de confirmação... Quando liguei para saber se estava marcado não sabiam dar a resposta mas lá dixeram que sim... Meu pai ao levar lá o carro não ficou nem 1 min, não fizeram o check up grátis e no fim o director de centro Jorge Ramos tentou cobrar 29.99 por algo que era gratuito... No fim não viram o carro e ele e o tec nem poseram o carro lá dentro. Demonstrou Sem vontade de efetuar o trabalho... Moral da história, fui à concorrência.
