Nice clean camping 4 km from Praia do Norte with several supermarkets nearby. There are plenty of shades in the park.I was there in the low season so it was quite clean. Toilets were small considering the size of the park.pool was decent size.I checked the prices for high season and they are too expensive.
The resort has potential, is nicely located and have good tents. I ould not want to be there if it is fully booked, as the pool and common room is small and there is only two tennis courte. It would be crowded very quickly. Customer service was terrible and its like they are not yet fully operational. We went there and the first two days the pool was closed and the activity room was closed - which we were not informed of. One day because of Covid (fair enough), a second day simply because it was not working. The director informed he would give us a free night at a future date, but even if we agreed on when we never heard back from the resort after we left. Waiting times in the restaurant were extremely long. The staff tried, but perhaps they were just to few and overworked. We had bought half board and paid for all days, but going down to eat we found out the restaurant is closed on Sundays. We are still trying to get the money paid for dinner Sunday refunded, but suddenly we are receiving no replied to emails and phone calls
We were the 1st customers in this tent. They only opened this Glamping site now (July 2019). Our tent had some defects...after a 3 hr wait... no hot water and the airconditioning did not work. The hot water was fixed but airconditioning not. No compensation given. So I am quite disappointed. Customer care 0. But the site is good for kids once the play park is finished...
Perfect resort for our stay vacation this year..... loved it & the Glamping was exceptional!
Excelent for kids and families. Very clean and friendly staff. Did not mention there was a fee for the dogs dispite my message asking about it and the wifi kept crashing.
We're a family of 5 from Braga and have just had a weekend at Vale Paraiso - we all loved it. The chalets are beautiful and the beds are really comfortable. We booked directly so got a free breakfast every day - just great. Lots to do here and most activities are free, eg. padel, yoga, the pools, the gym. We're already planning to return - we were all so impressed. Such good value for money, friendly staff, beautiful place...we can't praise it enough.
