The courier rings the doorbell and leaves. We have to chase him down the street. This is not the first time. I wore rubber gloves, but for some reason, the courier touched me for the forearm, where there are no gloves. I don't see any reason to grab other people. Especially during a pandemic. I will no longer make orders in WORTEN just to avoid DPD

Do not use this company. The driver has wasted 3 days of my time asking me to walk 500 meter down a hill to collect my package and then carry it up hill. He claims his van cannot access my house which is not true considering a garbage truck drives to my house.
The company doesn't ship even though it doesn't contact the delivery man and the delivery date is three days past. I didn't receive the goods I was supposed to receive in a hurry during the trip, and my trip was horrendous because I was waiting for this company's delivery. The company counselor said she would definitely ship it in the morning, but the delivery man didn't contact her. I'm really angry and disappointed with this company's system. There is no answer to how the package will be resolved. It's the worst of the worst.
Although it is a bit out of reach if you live in Porto, it has good service and good service hours. I was the on a Saturday and it went quick and easy. Also they allow choosing various ways of getting the package, if you missed the delivery.
Worst service ever. I received absurd notifications saying I was absent on the delivery attempt when I was at home waiting for the delivery; and when rescheduled for another day, the courier calls me at a different time from the agreed time period informing he's at my doorstep. The courier promised to return later in order to respect the time period agreed, but never got back. When I called the company asking for explanations and hopefully for a new delivery attempt, they simply answered that there's not possible anymore and my package would be left on a pickup store. I never received any notification of the location of this pickup place nor the assurance that my package was ready to be picked.
They stole my parcel.
Got a prediction several days before and my package was delivered on the predicted date with no issues. No complains from me.
After i was informed through SMS that my parcel will be delivered on the 27th of June(thursday) between 6:30pm-7:30pm nothing happened.the second day i called the number provided on the site and...shock...like a very reputable company...nobody answered....Then i send a query through the samw site and nobody answered, then i called the Porto office, another shock, nobody answered.... Thennnn i wrote on Facebook, Marta answered saying that they will deliver the parcel on the day... Well, shocking ....its friday night, almost midnight and i still didnt receive the parcel.. Of you ask me if i would recomend Seur,my answer would be DEFINITELY NO!
