Service was quite unfriendly when asked about flavours. It's surprising that a gelato shop does not allow customers to taste test flavours. Line up developed as 3-4 staff ignored the customers. Not recommended!

First time I have ever been to this dessert shop. I can say that the ice creams are really nice and there is quite a wide variety to choose from. On the other hand my Nutella waffle was undercooked ... I couldn't help to notice the comment of the lady that took my waffle out of the waffle iron \I think it's done\ ... It was a lady without a uniform that didn't particularly know what she was doing ... Well from that comment she obviously didn't. Overall service wasn't great, the server had a permanent grumpy face on ... Not even a smile nor a polite greeting out of her ... Will definitely come back again for the ice cream, but hopping I will have someone else serving me instead.
