Great selection of couches and mattresses. Also a big variety of living room furniture. A great place to buy an affordable sofa. Good customer support.

Nice selection and pricing but terrible customer service. The lines are very long and no one appears to coordinate with each other. What should have been a 30 minute visit turned into 1.5 hours and they could not even give me my purchased items. They asked me to come back tomorrow to pick things up . People are friendly but their system is totally broken. Every customer looked annoyed and angry at how their order was being treated.

Good furniture and appliances store. Decent variety but nothing outstanding . Good prices when they run sales . Furniture is similar to what every other furniture stores sell in Portugal.

Very Worst experience ever in Portugal. We had struggled for months to find a sofa we loved. We found it at Conforama in Matosinhos. We applied for store credit to make a purchase on the sofa. We bought the sofa in January. They told us, it will take 3 month from the manufacturer. We accepted. So we anticipated around March. Then the Corona Virus delayed it by 2 months. They told us to expected it in June. End of June, nothing. We even paid the credit back in full - hoping this might speed up the process - but no. They told us beginning of July. Nothing. After 25 sent emails, about 15 facebook messages and half a dozen phone calls, towards the end of July, we finally get the sofa delivered and wouldnt you know it, a piece of the furniture doesn't fit in our apartment building. Despite the fact that there exists so many smaller apartment buildings in Portugal, we were shocked they wouldn't account for this. We have since gone back and forth 3 times to Conforama Matosinhos from Vila Nova de Gaia, just to sort out our refund. We are still waiting for it. I do not recommend this store. If you go buy something, make sure you walk out the store with the item on the same day, otherwise, its not worth your time or money.

Good selection at a great price. Easily accessible with plenty of parking. Also find it easier to navigate inside the store then at IKEA. Highly recommend that anyone looking to buy furniture to stop by and compare to other stores.
