Avoid. It looks pretty but there are so many things that are wrong with this place. It's the staff I feel sorry for. Positives: It is lovely to look at. The pools are uncrowded and the restaurant outside seating is very pleasant. All the staff could not have been more helpful - the guys looking after the umbrellas went above and beyond to help, even repairing one to ensure we had shade. The food was plain, but prepared with care and was very tasty. Other reviews have complained about the long wait for food. We waited for half an hour, which is not unreasonable, regarding how busy it was. Negatives: There is no natural shade, so you need an umbrella. However, the whole place is exposed to the wind, and gusts broke three umbrellas when we were there, so the restaurant is short of working ones. It's not clear where customers should order food. There are menus everywhere, and we tried to order at the bar, but the unfriendly woman who runs it told us to go inside (it's not just Brits like us, Portuguese customers did the same) CLEAR SIGNS would help, wouldn't they? Customers are meant to book in advance, and yet no-one checks anything when you arrive. It is utterly shambolic. Several customers complainedwhen we were there but the response seemed inadequate. The owner seemed reluctant to pitch-in and help the staff at the bar, and we saw him arguing and shouting at the staff (who all seemed to be working hard). There seemed to be frequent queues outside the toilets, both male and female. And this evening, my wife told me she spotted big clumps of hair in the pool. Not good. All of these things left us with a poor impression of the place, and we won't be going back.

Viemos a este espaço pela piscina e ficamos para almoçar. Nada de negativo a dizer da piscina, contudo o espaço tende a ser pouco relaxante devido à música demasiado alta. Tem a existência de um bar e um restaurante. A comida é medíocre a base de pizzas, hambúrgueres e massas. O principal problema deste espaço são os funcionários que só falam italiano e espanhol e não compreendem português. Esta situação torna-se constrangedora quando temos que pedir os pratos 3/4 vezes e mesmo assim, devido à barreira linguística (espero...) enganam-se ou ignoram o pedido. Outro grande problema é não passarem fatura dizendo que temos que voltar noutro dia para que possam passar fatura. Limitam-se a escrever num papel a mão a conta e pronto. Tentar alterar alguma coisa nesse aspeto foi uma discussão com pouco efeito, visto que ninguém falava português e não percebiam (ou não queriam perceber) o motivo de desagrado de toda a experiência. Não aconselho a visita a este espaço.

Dei 3 estrelas porque ajudou um pouco as minhas ferias ( agua da praia cheia de limos) Casas de banho muito sujas ( homens) Casa de banho mulheres sem luz Piscina com baixo nivel de agua ,o que acontece é que os cabelos e pequenos lixos nao são filtrados e ficam dentro de água Todo o espaco ,piscina ,jardim e casas de banho a precisar de umas boas reparações Pessoal pouco atenciosos e pouco simpaticos
