Very nice and helpful people until they take your money. Then if you have an issue a few weeks later customer service is terrible. This is their response to my problem: Good afternoon dear mrs. Danni, I dont refund back you bought the bracelete in 14/8/2017 today is 23/09/2017 and you tried the bracelet in shop i remember the situation and i dont force you to buy. I give you assistence i take the links off its only i can do and you dont pay for that. The commercial lawer in união europeia and you have 8 days in case the product has the manufacturing defects and you cant wear.
Absolutely terrible customer service . My husband surprised me with a anniversary ring unfortunately it was too big so we returned to shop 2 hours later to see if we could have an exchange but the answer was no . I have bought things in the past from this shop as visit Luz every year for the past 20 years & never again shall I buy or tell my friends to buy from this shop . I work in customer service and found this experience disgraceful.
