My wife Dawn came to the hospital early yesterday morning with chronic pains in her neck. We would both like to say what fabulous service we received. The doctor who treated my wife was Pedro Rocheta and the nurse was called Katya, they were incredible and made us feel very welcome and at ease. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you Loule Hospital.

This hospital is wonderful, feels like a family to me now. All the staff are incerdible, so warm and the doctors awesome , they found a condition sadly but Top London doctors did not find, highly recommend. Thank you all so much, Charmaine xxx

Worst hospital I have been!!! They don't care of you, only of your money! Stay away, because you will come out with more problems than you had before. One star is too much.

I can highly recommend them! Fast, friendly, professional, clean, organized and they have English speaking doctors! Had to go there 3 x (skin as well as ear infection) and I got an appointment the same or latest the next day. Brilliant!

Depois de uma consulta normalíssima que não durou mais de cinco minutos e após o pagamento da mesma, continuam a chatear para que pague um pseudo-kit que o médico teria na importância de 6. Será que não viram que eu já levava uma máscara FFP2? E qual o motivo de não me informarem que tinha de fazer o pagamento do “kit” antes da consulta? Tentei esclarecer o assunto pelo telefone, mas face à má-criação da pessoa que me atendeu, desisti. Podem continuar a mandar cartas para pagar o kit fantasma, que eu colocá-las-ei no lixo. 0 estrelas
