Very high level of service from the guys and ladies working there. They were really helpful in helping me find the perfect mattres, quick delivery and the mattress is amazing! Well worth the money I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Daryl helped me order a bed while I was in UK to be delivered to portugal. All went perfectly! Bed is first class as is service! Will be ordering remaining bedrooms beds from Bennett’s.

Didn't receive the bed I ordered, after waiting for 6 months. Darryl refuses to refund my deposit, unless I first return the beds. This will not happen. Eventually, talked to my lawyer about this. She told me she had another client, who paid for a bed, and received nothing. What are the chances of that happening - random lawyer, same shop, same owner Darryl, 2 different clients? How many more unhappy clients are there? Run away, don't walk away!

Seemed well stocked. Sales person gave misleading information by guessing rather than checking. I hate that! They seem to sell at Manufacturers list and the beds are made in UK, which makes them expensive.

Would give less than one star if possible. Bed ordered and paid for in March 2019, now end of September, still no bed. The only time we hear from them is if they bother to reply to our emails. We have been had numerous excuses and have been told without fail that our bed is on its way, so where is it? Last time bed was definitely going to be in Portugal at the end of August, now middle of September, still no bed. Also no response to two emails that my husband has sent them.
