Location is the the biggest asset of that apartments. Others but not that prominent are lift, quite a spacious apartment, washing machine, iron. I had an apartment with a view on "patio" - which was a backside of a restaurant or other hotel. Not so nice. The biggest drawback was a smell in bathroom and a cockroach in the corridor (perhaps only an accidental case)

Took us 30 minutes to check in; guy at the check in didn’t even speak English. Room was completely different from the website pictures. Hot water wasn’t working and the first aid kit expired two years ago. We tried to get the correct room but they just rudely refused us. When asked for a refund, it wasn’t possible either. Worst experience in Lisbon.

Great pricing and fantastic location! Not gonna lie, the building does look a bit eerie from the outside but the rooms are pretty decent with a newly renovated, clean bathroom as well as daily house-keeping. There was a supermarket downstairs that was open til late which was super handy and a massive stretch of restaurants, patisseries, cafes, shops, souvenir shops etc right in front of the apartment and the metro was nearby. Although the primary method of communication was via email, I found the staff to be highly attentive to our needs.

Stayed three nights - October 2019. Booked through Expedia Apartment 4D - studio. The photos for the studios showed full length windows with a Juliet balcony. However 4D does not have this. I had read reviews that the beds were hard - I asked in advance for a soft mattress. However, although this request was acknowledged, it was ignored. The bed was hard. I had to ask for extra pillows to lie on. The hard floors were dusty - there were no rugs, as in the photos. There was only one tablet supplied for the dishwasher. There were no supplies for the washing machine - a sign in a glass demanded 1 Euro per tablet. Why install a dishwasher and washing machine? - Just for show? The kitchen tap was loose. The kitchen worktop was broken in three places. The shower did not drain properly. The bathroom does not have obscure windows - just net curtains. There is no extractor fan in the bathroom. The soap dispensers in the bathroom could contain anything.

Very nice and comfortable. But owners do not really care. We had a nocturnal very noisy neighbor in the upper floor and complained, but managers didn't seem to care. If anything happens you are on your own here. Don't expect support if anything happens...

It’s unbelievable that I booked the room with 2 twin bed and a full size bed. But you gave me a room of sofa bed!? What ridiculous? I paid extra to let myself sleep comfortable but I only got a sofa bed? Really?

Good location. Room Nice and spaceious. Only down side is that phone connection and internet is not working very well.
