Decent shop with all the electronics you may need. Most of the employees are very helpful and speaks English. I have visited this store twice. On the first visit we were looking to purchase a washing machine and a fridge. We have chooses three different watching machine and none of which were available. Why display them if you don’t have them in stock???? Then for the fridge the lady kept pushing us to buy a Samsung fridge, something different than what we wanted to purchase. Looked like there was a representative from Samsung and she was probably trying to get some commission from them? We ended up not buying anything at all. On 2nd visit we purchased a hoover and the experience was much better in this occasion. They are very nice and helpful.

Good selection of products, bad sales tactics. I came in to buy a specific TV, as I had already done a lot of research beforehand. The only reason I came in was because their delivery times were over two weeks long (which you only find out about after paying lol). So I told an employee that I wanted to buy a specific TV and that I needed some help, and he kept pushing me to buy another brand. Coincidentally, he was wearing a t-shirt of that same brand, but that had nothing to do with it (lol). I told him he could show me whatever he wants and that I'll gladly listen, but that my mind was made up already. It felt like he kept me there for over an hour, and to be honest, it looks like Worten deliberately makes certain brands look better than others. At the end, the guy tried to tell me that I needed a specific 4K HDMI cable, instead of the cheaper cable that I had been holding, which is of course the biggest nonsense in the world. If I didn't really want the TV, I would have left straight away.

It's ok to buy simple things just like any big tech store. But costumer support takes forever and workers are not specialists to advise you correctly. Specially in IT.

This is a huge electronic & home appliances retail store in Portugal. They have more than 180 stores spread all over the country. Worten offers a variety of products and services, supported by experts and the lowest prices in the retail outlets, as well as online store. All the individual sectors are very organised, and most of employees are able to speak English and professional.
