I wanted to really like this hotel, unfortunately the service from the reception staff really let it down. I stayed twice in two weeks, and both times I found check in and out very abrupt. The staff don't acknowledge you when you walk in or out of the hotel either, the sit behind the counter and can't be seen, nor do they look up. On check out I was told I needed to still pay the city tax as I had only paid for 1 night instead of 4. I had already paid the 4 nights at check in. They tried to push the point and asked for proof that I paid. I was so insulted, and refused to pay again. I also pointed out that the first time I stayed the receipt for the city tax was given on check out. Their staff really need better training. Maybe they should check that their staff aren't pocketing the money. Hotel facade is undergoing a revamp - hopefully they start the inside soon as the rooms are very old and tired. Very expensive for what you get. Postive: the location is amazing, roof top terrace is nice, and the bed sheets really soft! The house keeping staff also do a good job.

Nice hotel. Beautiful views and located in a busy central hub. Bring your own dishwashing liquid and coffee filters.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit RoomBully. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! Excellent hotel, it has a very good location and the room was nice and big, it also has a kitchen
Bad: For me this is a 2 star hotel. Airco is making a horrible peeping noise. No good view 'cause of the plants in front of it. Not worth it for the price. Good: Really nice staff. Small swimming pool. In the centre. Next to the metro and train.
Great hotel right in the heart of the city with a roof top bar and pool and fantastic views of the city and only a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants ,and main attractions would highly recommend
