It's a nice viewpoint, but you cannot see that much from this Mirador, at least at night. The area is cozy, next to a church, beautiful architecture. Tram goes next to the Mirador and there are places to eat.

Great view of Lisbon and the sea. Beautiful at night too. There is a bar with external seating and tables so you can have a drink, relax and take in the view.
