This is a really cool studio in the heart of Lisbon, with fantastic yoga teachers and Massage Therapists. There's a wide variety of styles from Vinyasa to Ashtanga and Yin with Sound and unique workshops too. Highly recommended!

Une déco cocooning et toute neuve! Un lieu inspirant, propre, chaleureux et surtout des cours très pro et bien encadrés, des ateliers et des massages au top ... l’accueil et le sourire de Joséphine en prime... par chance vous pouvez aussi y croiser la mascotte trop rigolote du lieu: Polly !
