Ferries leave every 15 minutes and it is easy to get tickets. My biggest complaint is that I wish the ride lasted longer and you could go on the deck. The tops of the windows open a bit for photos. 1.85 euros one way!

Do ride the ferry to Cacilhaus. It takes only 10mins and you can have fresh seafood plus view towards lisbon on the ferry.

TRAVELLING {, TO BE PRECISE}

For a relaxing trip to Lisbon, don't forget to take one of the (very inexpensive) ferries shuttling the work force across the Rio Tajo. We would recommend the short trip to Cacilhas, bringing you ever closer to the huge Cristo Rei statue dominanting the river banks. Boats depart frequently.

Totally sucks. Too few ticket machines, the payment with cards doesn't work, too few ticket offices open. A totally useless place.
