Beware they do not have an option to return a ticket! Not even less than 1 hour after purchasing, several days before the event. Seems like a basic service, but no.

Doesn't reimburse fully when the show is cancelled. Better off buying in-person at the venue!

Very disappointing. Event postponed and no refund possible which seems to be a basic service with any other ticket provider. Don't purchase there!! Purchase anywhere else especially during these incertain times.

At the day of the concert, I somehow left my ticket at home, but as soon as I arrived to the place, I talked to the staff and they were super nice and managed to print a new ticket as the same as the original so I could go the show without any problem!

I tried to buy tickets from them i paid the money but they didn't send the tickets and don't respond to e-mails or phone.

(Online service) selected 2 sit places to buy, in the end I paid only one and they simply said it could be possible two persons buying the same places at the same time lead to this. Will not use this again..

They charge big commissions for selling tickets, but the people working there are actually quite nice when you show up to get tickets!
